Westside Construction Group recently completed a comprehensive site work and concrete project at Rite Aid. This project involved both interior and exterior construction tasks, including masonry work, floor raising and pouring, and extensive site preparation.

Project Objectives

1. Cut and Rebuild Masonry Openings: Create and rebuild masonry openings to facilitate new doorways and other finishes.
2. Raise and Pour Floors: Raise the interior floor to meet compaction and footer insulation requirements, then pour and finish the concrete floor using a Ligchine laser screed.
3. Perform Exterior Site Work: Prepare the parking lot, install catch basins, storm drains, and curbs, and complete landscaping.
4. Subcontract Final Paving and Striping: Coordinate with a subcontractor to finish paving and striping the parking lot.
